How does our online ordering work?

At Feeney’s we offer so many limited and unique items that sell out quickly, therefore after order submission we will start locating your item(s), process your order within 24 hours and then contact you with your fulfillment status. Fulfilled orders will only be held for 48 hours without payment. Once payment is confirmed shipping information or curbside pickup will be scheduled.

Shipping and Curbside Fees

We ship within the United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). All orders $24.99 and under are disqualified from shipping. Orders $25.00 and over will have a shipping fee indicated below:

These prices are ground shipping at 7-10 business day delivery. Expedited shipping will be additional costs.
Some items may be unavailable for shipping.
There is a $4.99 convenience charge for all pickup orders.

How do I pay for and pick up my online order?

Once your order is fulfilled, a Feeney’s associate will call for payment. Fulfilled orders not paid for within 48 hours of receipt of fulfillment will be returned to the sales floor. Once paid for, we will schedule a day for your pick up. A $4.99 convenience charge will be applied to all pickup orders.

Where do I pick up my order curbside?

Please pull up to our warehouse door (the building located to the far left of our entrance). Call our front desk at 215.322.4300 and someone will bring it to your car. Please note: a $4.99 convenience charge will be applied to all pickup orders.

What if I don’t see an item I need or want?

We are excited to offer so many unique products, but not all of our products have been posted online yet. We will always continue to add and unfortunately delete items as they sell out. If there is any item that you are interested in that you don’t see on our website, please include them in the comments box at checkout. We will do our best to find what you are looking for.

What if I would like to make a return from my online order?

Online orders can only be returned in store. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, with receipt, provided item(s) are in their original packaging and are not damaged. Register receipt must be provided for any refund or exchange. For the convenience of our Rewards members we offer receipt-less returns.

Christmas Merchandise
   • Christmas items must be returned by January 8, 2021. Refunds will be at the selling price on receipt.
   • There are no refunds on Christmas items after January 8, 2021.
   • Gift items may be returned for a full refund by January 24, 2021 with receipt. Without any proof of purchase there will be no refund
